  10. Inside the first nested loop, there is an if-else condition. If the value of j is greater than the value of i, it prints the value of j followed by a space using Console.Write(j + " ");. Otherwise, it prints the value of i followed by a space using Console.Write(i + " ");.
  11. After the first nested loop finishes, the second nested loop starts. This loop runs from 2 to k (inclusive) and increments the value of j in each iteration.
  12. Inside the second nested loop, there is another if-else condition that behaves similarly to the previous one. It prints the value of j if it's greater than i and i otherwise.
  13. After both nested loops finish executing, the program prints a new line using Console.WriteLine();. This is done to move to the next line, so the next iteration of the outer loop will start on a new line.
  14. The outer loop continues with the next iteration, and the process repeats until i becomes 1, and the program exits the outer loop.
  15. The Main method completes, and the program execution ends.
