  3. Inside the outer loop, there are two nested loops:
    1. for(j=65; j<i; j++): This is the first nested loop. It starts with j initialized to 65 and iterates as long as j is less than the current value of i. In each iteration, it writes an empty <div></div> element using the document.write function.
    2. for(j=69; j>=i; j--): This is the second nested loop. It starts with j initialized to 69 and iterates as long as j is greater than or equal to the current value of i. In each iteration, it writes a <div> element containing the character represented by the ASCII value of j using String.fromCharCode(j).
  4. document.write("<br>");: After the two nested loops are executed for a particular value of i, this line writes a <br> element to create a line break in the output.
  5. The outer loop continues to iterate until the condition i >= 65 becomes false.
