Let's break down the logic behind the code:

for($i=4; $i>=0; $i--): This is an outer loop that initializes $i to 4 and then iterates as long as $i is greater than or equal to 0. It decrements $i by 1 in each iteration.
Inside the outer loop, an inner loop is started with for($j=4; $j>=$i; $j--). This inner loop initializes $j to 4 and iterates as long as $j is greater than or equal to the current value of $i. It decrements $j by 1 in each iteration.
