C# Number Pattern 60

Here`s a program that prints the above number pattern using C# Programming:

example.cs
Copied
Copy To Clipboard
using System;

namespace myApp {
  class Program {
    static void Main(string[] args) {
      int num = 86523;
      while (num != 0) {
        Console.WriteLine(num);
        num = num / 10;
      }
    }
  }
}

💻 Testing the Program

When you run the above program, it will print the following output:

Output
86523
8652
865
86
8

🧠 How the Program Works

Let's break down the logic behind the code:

  1. First, the required namespace System is included using the using directive. This namespace contains fundamental classes and base classes that define commonly-used data types, events, and other elements.
  2. The code defines a new namespace called myApp using the namespace keyword. A namespace is a way to organize code and prevent naming conflicts by creating a scope for the classes and other types within it.
  3. Inside the myApp namespace, there is a class named Program. This is the main class that contains the entry point for the program.
  4. Within the Program class, the entry point method is defined as static void Main(string[] args). This is the method that gets executed when the program is run. It accepts an array of strings (args) as input, which can be used to pass command-line arguments to the program.
  5. Inside the Main method, an integer variable num is declared and initialized with the value 86523.
  6. Next, there is a while loop that runs as long as the value of num is not equal to 0.
  7. Within the while loop, the program prints the current value of num using Console.WriteLine(num).
  8. After printing the value, the program divides num by 10 and assigns the result back to num. This operation removes the last digit from the number, effectively shifting it one position to the right. For example, if num was 123, after the division, it becomes 12.
  9. The loop continues executing until num becomes 0.

💯 Tips for Enhancement:

Explore the versatility of this pattern by adjusting its parameters. Whether you increase or decrease the size, tweak the spacing, or modify the characters used, each change opens up a world of possibilities, allowing you to customize and create your unique visual effects.

✔ Conclusion:

Creating visually appealing patterns is not only a fun endeavour but also a great way to enhance your programming or design skills. We hope this tutorial has inspired you to explore the world of creative coding. Share your creations with us, and let your imagination run wild!
