  7. In each iteration of the inner loop, there is an if-else statement to check if i is equal to j.
  8. If i is equal to j, the program prints an asterisk '*' using Console.Write("*"). This happens when the value of i and j is the same. For example, when i is 1 and j is 1, an asterisk will be printed.
  9. If i is not equal to j, the program prints the value of j using Console.Write(j). This will print the current value of j (which ranges from 5 to 1) except when i and j are equal, in which case an asterisk is printed.
  10. After each iteration of the inner loop, a newline is printed using Console.WriteLine(), which moves the output to the next line.
  11. The outer loop continues until i becomes greater than 5, and the process is repeated for each value of i from 1 to 5.
  12. Once the loops finish executing, the Main method ends, and the program terminates.
